What Is Not Included?
These memberships keep a maintained vehicle on a cleaner routine. A heavily neglected interior may need a separate full detail before regular maintenance begins. Your first membership cleaning is not a complete restoration.
Stains & deep cleaning
Cloth-seat and carpet stain removal, shampoo, extraction, steam cleaning and deep fabric cleaning are not included.
Excessive mess & contamination
Pet hair, heavy trash, odors, spills, excessive mud, heavy contamination, biohazard conditions and specialty cleaning require separate attention.
Plastic floor-mat rinsing
Washing or rinsing up to four plastic floor mats costs an additional $2.50.
Extra interior cleanings
The included interior benefit is one basic cleaning per month. It is not unlimited interior cleaning or a full interior detail.
Extra interiors & vehicles
The family plan includes 2 basic interior cleanings per month total. Additional interior cleanings, a third vehicle, unregistered vehicles, trucks and 7-passenger vans are not covered. Membership benefits cannot be transferred to other vehicles.
No interior cleaning
This plan covers exterior hand washing for one registered truck, van or full-size SUV. Interior services are separate.

What does the $89.99 membership include?
The $89.99 monthly membership covers one registered small car. It includes up to one exterior hand wash per calendar day and one basic interior cleaning per month. Interior cleaning is not unlimited, and deep detailing is not included.
How does the $159.99 family membership work?
The family membership covers two registered small cars for $159.99 per month total. It includes unlimited exterior hand washes and 2 basic interior cleanings per month total for the family plan. Daily exterior service limits apply. Trucks and 7-passenger vans are excluded. Benefits cannot be transferred to other vehicles.
Does the family membership cost $159.99 for each car?
No. $159.99 is the total monthly price for the family membership covering two registered small cars. Dividing that price by two is approximately $80 per vehicle per month, rounded. This is a cost comparison within one family plan, not two separate subscriptions.
Which plan should I choose for a truck, van or full-size SUV?
The $105.99 Unlimited Exterior membership covers one registered truck, van or full-size SUV with up to one exterior hand wash per calendar day. Interior cleaning is not included. The $104.99 Basic In & Out plan is for cars and approved select SUVs; the two featured plans are for small cars.
How often can I use my membership?
Daily service limits apply while the membership is active and the shop is operating. The $89.99 and $105.99 plans include up to one exterior hand wash per calendar day; only the $89.99 plan adds one basic interior cleaning per month. Basic In & Out service is included up to once per calendar day with the $104.99 plan. The $159.99 family plan includes unlimited exterior hand washes and 2 basic interior cleanings per month total. Service is limited to the vehicle(s) registered to the selected plan.
Will my first cleaning restore a heavily neglected interior?
No. Membership cleaning is routine maintenance. A heavily neglected interior may need a separately purchased full detail before regular maintenance begins. Frequent visits help maintain the vehicle, but do not replace full detailing.
Are stains, shampoo, steam cleaning and pet hair included?
No. Stain removal, shampoo, extraction, steam cleaning, deep fabric cleaning, pet hair, heavy trash, odors, spills, excessive dirt and specialty cleaning are separate services and may cost extra.
Is plastic floor-mat rinsing included?
Washing or rinsing up to four plastic floor mats costs an additional $2.50.
Do I need an appointment?
