Unlimited Maintenance Does Not Mean Full Detailing
Basic In & Out is a routine maintenance service. It is not designed to restore a heavily neglected interior or make an extremely dirty vehicle look brand-new during the first visit.
Frequent visits can gradually improve and maintain the vehicle at a normal Basic In & Out condition. The membership will never replace the results of a professional full detailing service.
The first cleaning is not a complete restoration
A neglected vehicle may require a full interior detail before beginning the membership or a separate detailing purchase.
Cloth-seat and carpet stain removal is not included
Stain removal, shampoo, extraction, steam cleaning and deep fabric cleaning are separate detailing services.
Plastic floor-mat rinsing is an additional service
Washing or rinsing up to four plastic floor mats costs an additional $2.50.
Excessive vehicle conditions may cost extra
Pet hair, excessive trash, odors, heavy spills, mud, biohazard conditions and intensive interior cleaning may require a separate service and charge.
