These packages cover standard undercarriage protection work. Structural rust, perforated metal, welding, fabrication, seized shields, extensive disassembly or unsafe components are not hidden inside an undercoating package; any additional repair is identified and quoted before work proceeds.

Does undercoating remove existing rust?
No. Preparation can remove accessible loose scale and treatment can help slow further corrosion, but no coating restores metal already lost to rust. Perforation or structural damage requires repair before protection.
Which package should I choose?
The $500 package is intended for cleaner undercarriages, the $700 package adds broader coverage and light-rust preparation, and the $1,000 package includes more extensive preparation for older vehicles. We confirm the appropriate level after inspection.
Is undercarriage rust protection permanent?
No coating should be treated as maintenance-free forever. Service life varies with mileage, winter exposure, impacts, washing and vehicle use. An annual inspection helps identify wear or areas needing touch-up.
Can coating trap moisture?
Applying material over contamination, trapped moisture or unstable scale can undermine the result. That is why cleaning, drying, surface evaluation and appropriate preparation come before the protective product.
Do you drill holes for cavity protection?
Factory access and drain points are used where practical. We do not perform unnecessary drilling as a default part of the service.
Can EVs and hybrids be treated?
They require a vehicle-specific inspection. High-voltage, battery and restricted service areas are excluded or masked; approval depends on accessible body and chassis zones.
